The Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee of the United Cities and Local Governments is offering the third online Course on Decentralisation and Local Governance, which will be held from 25 September to 16 December 2012. The course is mainly directed at local, regional and central government officials and technical experts from different regions of the world and is intended to meet the objective of the UCLG Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee: facilitation of debate on local democratic governance and on the strengthening of decentralisation and local self-government process the world over. Training is subsidised by the UCLG Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Committee and will be given in parallel in two versions: the Decentralisation and Local Governance in Latin America online course, in Spanish, and the Decentralisation and Local Governance general online course, in English.
